Where did you live and what did you work at before you came to
I grew up in Hong Kong and first incorporated my own company trading semi-conductors at the age of nineteen.
Building success against all odds, to me, redefined power and the journey from then has been incredible. I am a habitual entrepreneur who is essentially addicted to the stimulus.
Do you remember the first time you made a sale?
Yes, I most certainly do. I was ecstatic, I didn’t sleep the entire night!
It was much like when I was a sleepless little girl, excited to wake up to Santa’s presents the next morning.

What do your kids think about their Mom being an entrepreneur?
My son is only 19 months and for the time being he is delighting in the products I have developed.

Tell us one interesting thing about you that most people may not
I have permanent wanderlust. I have travelled over fifty countries and have a long list of places that I would like to explore.
Being exposed to new places, cultures and people expands your perspective and makes you realize that there is no one way to live life.
And of course, my love for food trumps all aspects of traveling!
What would be your karaoke song of choice?
It has to be “Roar” by Katy Perry:
‘I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter
Dancing through the fire
Cause I am a champion, and you’re gonna hear me roar!’
